I can guide you through the whole process of deploying a local AI solution built on open-weight AI models (such as Qwen, Gemma, DeepSeek, Nemotron, ...) and hardware running right on your premises (a GPU server, an AI workstation, ...).

This is what our collaboration can look like:

  1. Initial consultation

    We will discuss how you currently use AI and whether deploying a local AI solution makes sense in your case. The initial consultation is free.

  2. Analyzing your AI strategy

    Over the following meetings, I will prepare a detailed proposal for your local AI solution: what hardware you will need, which models to deploy, and how to connect your existing services and tools to it all.

  3. Deploying AI on your premises

    I will help you put the whole proposal into operation. I will set up the inference server, connect your existing services to it, build supporting tools and write detailed documentation.

  4. Tailored workshop

    I will prepare technical training for your team on working with the local AI solution. We will go over its benefits, limitations and risks, and learn how to build the right processes around it.

  5. Maintenance

    I will be available to upgrade or maintain your solution: model updates, hardware scaling or new tools.
